  I suggest not to buy any attires from the non-branded stores, they are really sneaky and often will refuse refunds!!!

  It is an improving mall. In the past year they have added a lot of new stores and sections. I see that there is an investment going on at the moment. Not ideal for designer brands and luxury shopping. They have a lot of garbage stores which really really soon needs to be closed.

  Great place to bring kids to the indoor Fair. There's a guy who draws cartoons of you, he does an amazing job. I would recommend going to him if you want a cartoon of yourself done. I wish they would get more different types of stores. Mall needs to be updated

  Woodbine Shopping Centre is a great mall. It has a good variety of stores, and restaurants. I feel as though they could improve the cleanliness of their bathrooms, but that is just my opinion. Fantasy Fair is a nice attraction for those who are looking for a shopping/amusement park sort of excursion with their children. I haven't personally brought my children there as of yet, but I do intend to in the near future. The mall has a good crowd, generally, and I've never seen it extremely packed, even on a Saturday. There is the Rainbow Cinemas theatre there, which is a decent theatre. I personally feel that their concessions could be updated. Their popcorn is usually stale, and they do not have real butter, like Cineplex does. However, all in all, the mall is great.

  They have also added several new restaurants which is nice because some years ago they have several east Asian cuisines which was off but now you will find a variety. They have about 2 or 3 Halal takeaways. I don't think they have any Kosher.. No vegetarian restaurants I don't think. It's pretty sad!!!!

  I used to go to the Fantasy Fair as a child here at Woodbine. As far as I can remember this place has always been great. It's a nice little quaint area to bring your child to have some fun I would say 15 and under at least. You find a lot of great deals here in the shopping area. The food court standard and they offer a variety of options. This is a more quieter Mall not a lot of traffic so when you are at a store you will be taken care of. I haven't had a bad experience here with customer service with any of the stores that I've been to retail and electronics.

  I am saddened to put such a low rating but sometimes all it takes is one person to spoil everything else. I usually always have a great time at Woodbine Mall. However while I was walking upstairs across from the Fantasy Fair entrance was an area that sales people are selling skin care products. I encountered the rudest man possible who apparently thought that he possessed great customer service. First he starts off wit the compliment to rope you in, telling you it will only take a second that he wants to give you a sample...once I got close he immediately asked me if I spoke Patois. And when I said no I was born in Canada and I have no connection to Jamaica he seemed shocked that a black person was actually born in Canada. He ended up saying "Sit woman in my chair so I can show you how great our products work". I declined and was ready to leave, he goes on to say he will quickly show me the product and give me a sample. As he rubbed it on my hand he started telling me how his friend (the other salesman) is single and looking to be married and if I am single. Now that was it I was ready to go! He then asks me when was the last time I showered because it looks like there is dirt on my arm. Ans ho I have a lot of blackheads and they have a cream for it if I would only be a good woman and SIT in his chair. PARDON ME!!!!!! I stormed off. RUINED MY WHOLE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. Ladies honestly I don't care how nice the products are you do not need to buy from there, what kind of degrading sales tactic is that to make you buy their products. And for someone selling to women you would think they would be gentler.

  The fantasy fair is good for kids for but highly expensive for rubbish old rides that they offer! Some rides have been there for over 25 years, my husband used to go on them lol.
