    Over confident store manager is EXTREMELY UNPROFFESSIONAL AND RUDE AND I AM FEELING A BIT RACIST IF NOT SHE IS LIKE THIS TO EVERYONE . Was waiting for a size i ordered and paid for checked in with the store and told it would take another day or two . Left the store got a call from her didnt understand what she asked me over the phone so i said "sorry" then she hungs up on me went back to the store to find out what the call was for she didnt bother coming out from the back to talk to me so i realized why this store has only 1 star and many bad reviews. Its competetive enuff market so i figured why i bother with this unproffessional bad behaviour i returned and i will never go in that store until they have some proper proffessional legit respectful store manager or person in charge of that store.

    I went in after work to purchase a quick gift for my Secret Santa. The customer experience I received from Julia B. from the time I entered the store to paying for my purchase was phenomenal. She was informative, detail oriented and extremely patient. She made the experience so smooth and easy for me.

    Unproffessional RUDE RACIST STORE MANAGER STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE SHERWAY GARDENS HAS MANY SHOE STORES WITH MUCH MUCH MORE PROFFESIONAL AND RESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES THAT KNOWS HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER DONT BOTHER NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY
