  This past visit, there was a slight mix up with service and we contacted them. They bent over backwards to apologize for something minor, they will use it as a learning tool. The owner called us twice to fully understand what happened and was more than generous. To them, every customer must be completely satisfied. Why can't every business be run like that ?

  Wife and I make annual trip to Sheraton Airport for tax convention and make a point of going here for dinner on Friday night. Food is always great, sometimes service is slow because of crowds.

  Always an enjoyable experience. The ambience was quiet and intimate with little to focus on other than the food and the company. We enjoyed 4 starters and a shared dessert. The steak bites, garlic aioli dip, crab cakes and chicken tacos were fantastic as always. Congratulations to the Chop group for maintaining this high standard over the 2 years since we first started going.

  We had an amazing night tonight! Our waitress Jessie was fantastic. I've been 4times and this was the best yet. Had the shrimp and, tuna aioli for an app , steaks for dinner. Amazing.!! Highly recommend!!!

  Cab Sav was lovely, beer was good, server was very pleasant and knowledgeable - King Crab was cold and dry. Advised them of this and they were apologetic and did take care of the King Crab bill and very graciously gave us gift cards to return another night. Next time I'm in Ontario visiting my best friend we will return as other than tonight I have had numerous wonderful tasteful meals at Chop.

  Food and service were very good. We were in town for work and lucky to get a table for 5 of us on Valentine's Day. The prices and atmosphere indicated a very nice upscale steakhouse. Overall it was a great meal. The one downside was out waitress dressed as if she should be working at a Hooters. Very inappropriate attribute for this kind of establishment, especially when most of the customers are with wives and girlfriends for Valentine's. She was a great waitress, very friendly and helpful and attentive, but the dress code was really distracting.

  Nov 2017 made another annual visit. Four of us went after gruelling all day conference and although it was a busy Sat night, we enjoyed ourselves. We could carry on conversation without shouting, beer was cold and large size, food (tenderloin) was good as usual. Will continue to visit on my Toronto trips.
