    When I return to the Pearson area I will likely consider another hotel. This one simply didn't meet my expectations of a Westin.

    Really, really nice dining table for six, huge modern televisions, a kitchen counter, two fridges, tons of closet and cabinet storage, and a seperate bedroom were among my favourite features. Many attractive spots to eat nearby. Friendly, competent staff. And of course, that heavenly bed is just that.

    The pool is pretty gross. It's stained on the bottom and water leaks from the ceiling.

    I stayed in a suite on the SPG floor and was disappointed that I didn't find a Heavenly Shower. There were two sofas but neither pulled out, so this massive suite only sleeps a maximum of two and that seems weird. The wallpaper was peeling and the ceilings were stained in a few places. Paint on lightswitches and cosmetic damage to the finish on the front door.

    I wasn't overly impressed. The rooms and decor was nice but the service wasn't great. We slept in and didn't leave the room until about noon. Hoping it would be cleaned when we returned at 5pm but wasn't. Called the service desk and said we were leaving in 10 minutes and they said they would be right up to tidy the room. When we returned around 9pm, no one had shown up. We called again and they finally came up once we were in our room. I do have to say that everyone at the bar was awesome, especially Jose!

    Great hotel. Convenience is amazing as it is just a 4 minute drive from the airport. The staff here are second to none. It is very clear that the culture of this company is to treat their customers like gold. Never before have I ever been so happy with the way the entire staff from the bottom up treats me so good. This is the place I would recommend to anyone and everyone if they are looking for clean, polite, reputable, and an overall 100% amazing experience.

    Good room but very dry and the heating / cooling had a squeaky fan. Whenever it came on it was very loud. Easy fast check in.

    This hotel, although "recently revitalized" is really showing its age.

    Bed was so comfortable and the room was quiet. Staff were polite and unobtrusive. I was at a conference. Only issue was during the conference the a/c went on and we got cold in our conference room. Also having to pay for WiFi access after paying for my room seems cheap. Solve those two issues and it would get 5 stars.

    Finishes and fixtures are in rough shape - that final 5% of quality renovation is incomplete and often sloppy so although still a high-end spot, these flaws are numerous and found throughout the renovated areas of the hotel. The high-end experience is marred a bit when you're paying a premium rate and you feel the hotel has overlooked the fine details.
