  If you love being talked down to by incompetent staff at the front desk this hotel is for you. Front manager couldn't provide shuttle times accurately and was rather blunt and rude in his speech. Loud as it is by the airport and rough beds. And to top it all off the shuttle didn't show in over 30 minutes. Cab ride of 25$ just to get here. Having stayed in Sheraton hotels before, this one really dropped the ball. Definitely will not be returning

  I stay at this Hotel twice a year when I'm in Mississauga for work. It is walking distance to the Congress center and several restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool and gym are excellent, especially compared to the other hotels I have stayed at in the area. The hotel has been renovated and high quality. It is right bellow a flight path but it is very quite inside. I normally request a room on the lower floors so I can not comment on the higher floors. I strongly recommend this hotel to anybody looking to stay in the area. One of my favorites!

  Jan 2018 Much improvement. Prompt check in, very friendly. Rates even dropped ! No little issues in room, good stay. Planes are every minute, but not that loud and you get used to them. Nice location because you get on freeways are you are close to everything.

  Stay there for 4 day conference every year. Willing to go back, no problems. Good facilities, rooms are comfortable, typical Sheraton quality. But typically Toronto, prices are on the high side. Staff is pleasant. Bonus is only short 20 minute ride to Piatto Bistro, Mississauga's #1 restaurant. With surrounding roads, getting anywhere is a breeze.

  Nov 2017 Went there for another two day conference and service was not there: waited 1½ hours to check into my room, no service second day, no soap, no shampoo, light hung out from socket in bathroom, TV remote did not work - a few more shortcomings.

  We only needed a hotel for the one night as it was just a weekend visit to Toronto. The check in was fast and easy. The rooms were huge, and the bed was incredible. My wife even filled out the breakfast card so in the morning we had breakfast waiting for us. And the hash browns were incredible. The only regret we had was the fact that we did not have enough time to try out the pool.

  Attended the Best Ever Clinic hosted by Baseball Ontario. Great event, wonderful content. Looking forward to next year. Facilities are clean and staff is friendly but the event rooms are getting a little small for the numbers and parking is absolutely atrocious.

  Great place for conferences or seminars. They treat you like royalty. If you have any kind of problem (even if it was not their doing) they will go to the ends of the earth to help you out. Even if it means physically going to other hotels to try and find a delivery gone awry. They ensure you have everything you expect and then some.
