    So greatfu...the staff are amazing... had my doctor 4 over 20yrs no mattef where they moved all staff are amazing kind

    I bring my 83 year old mother to see doctor Knapp it always takes at least 3to4 hours if not more to see him the worst part is it's only to renew a prescription that she's had for years and after she wait 2 weeks to get an appointment they tell her she doesn't have one when we get there and we have to sit there again. oh did I mention she 83yrs old "we have to pack food so she doesn't pass out and take a day off work.

    The brown lady at reception is extremely rude and unhelpful, and claims on behalf of the practioners that they are done seeing patients while practice is clearly still open and no one in line waiting. Denied a patient in severe pain. Will follow up with a cpso complain.
