  Triage nurses are very nice and helpful. Most of the other nurses were okay but one was kind of rude. The Doctor was okay but a bit condescending. I got the feeling that the staff was over worked. I hope they hire more staff ( especially doctors ) to relieve some of the stressed and tired staff.

  Mom did cataract surgery there... wonderful experience for both of us. Excellent doctor, nurses and volunteers. Clean, bright and cheery hospital. Thanks to everyone there for taking such great care of my mom.

  Overall, I'm glad this urgent care centre exists. Wait times probably shorter than the ER just be aware that the urgent care centre can't do everything that a hospital can.

  It took three hours to get an ultra sound. No much communication, help, or direction from employee's for 1st time visitors. They don't seem to care much about the patients, your just a number. Although the lady who did the ultrasound was nice, it doesn't make up for it. This is my second pregnancy and that was the worst experience for an appointment I've had so far. I don't see how this is considered acceptable.

  Blood tests and urinalysises are done on site so that's helpful. They also use IV if necessary.

  Dr Stonehocker was so patient, informative and most of all caring! I was speechless especially after the fact I had seen a Specialist a week prior who never disclosed any information to me regarding my circumstances .

  I see a lot of frustrated people reviewing the healthcare system not the experience. Aside from the bs of what's covered and where to go/when the staff were helpful and everything is layed out well. Positive feedback and wonderful helpful staff doing a hard job!

  I was there for 4 hours and it wasn't a busy day. We were able to get a possible diagnosis but we were prescribed a CT scan for the following day.

  Some diagnostic testing is NOT done there on the same day and some are even unavailable on weekends. You either have to go to the ER or come back on a weekday.
