  Went to the store to get an S7, turns out they didnt have one but Evan, a store representative, offerred to reserve one at another store as it seems like S7s are selling out fast. He didnt have to do it and didnt even give me a sales pitch as he knew I was aiming for the S7 only, but went above and beyond to help me out.

  Seriously picture this, knowlegable technical sales people from the manufacturer of the phone you're interested in, who don't earn commission by bending you over and shoving every possible plan extra up... uh I mean on your bill, are helping you get your new phone.

  Don't even stock s-pens for the Tab S3 (it's been out for over 6 months). I've been there twice and both times they told me to call the service centre (useless) or order online. I wanted the pen right away not in a weeks time or more. What is the point of having a physical store.

  If you know what kind of phone you're interested in, this is clearly the superior way to go about getting it, both in terms of experience, and price point.

  P.S. it seems like the phone still rings even when the store is closed. It is probably best to check the store hours before calling just incase no one is there.

  Worst customer service.worst exchange and return policy. I advise not to buy from their store else you will only incur loss. Better buy from bestbuy, staples or walmart

  Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I felt like they really backed the product they were selling. Not to mention they gave me a better deal on insurance than my carrier did.
