  Very strange experience shopping here for the first time. Whilst being in more casual wear, I didnt expect to be treated poorly by such as a high end retailer. First, I was not greeted by a single associate, manager, or the like. Asked an associate a few questions with regards to the men's outerwear products, but was only responded with condescending and somewhat harsh words, like they were being bothered or annoyed. I was approaching near closing time, may 5 minutes before the official closing time, and was ready to pay, a different associate had let me know that registers were closed and I was too late, luckily, one was still open and I was able to check out. When I was ready to leave, the only way out was through the AP/security doors, as directed by the sales manager. At this time, the same condescending associate had reminded her manager to ensure that I present my receipt on my way out (literally 30 seconds after the transaction was completed. This experience was the icing on the cake for this Sak's location. I had let the sales floor manager know of my experience, and she had told me that her manager will be filled on what had happened. Till this day, I have never left a one star review for any business or place, and sadly Sak's is the first to have failed me.

  Pretty low quality food for the high prices - was expecting a higher quality food to go along with their prices. Beautifully modern, clean restaurant though.

  Wow what a lousy mens section. They have no t shirts etc. It was mainly winter jackets...mens section stuffed in basement beside the damn grocery store!

  Great quality and service. The sales are great for elegant dresses. I found a simple long off-white dress as my wedding dress.
