  I WENT TO Nordstrom for the first time to buy teal socks and I found some on sale and EVERYONE WAS SO NICE AND there was a employee walking around giving out pizza and I got a slice and IT WAS SUCH A POSITIVE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE

  Fantastic experience with excellent products and top notch sales staff. Excellent buyers. Nordstrom has just enough product lines and selection to not be overwhelming like other large department stores. Cool restaurant and bar on the second floor. Whoever is running the customer care department is doing a stellar job. My new favorite store.

  I wanted to give a big shout out to Murtaza B. (Dresses dept) and Agnes Toros (Tailor) who help me pick the perfect accessories and suggested the best way to create the perfect fit of my dress and have it ready for me in such short notice. I can't express how amazing with the whole experience was and top notch customer service. I'd def come back to this location even if it's a bit of a drive for me!

  Dealt with Jojo in the fragrance department. I’ve never met somebody as knowledgeable and enthusiastic about colognes and perfumes as this gentleman. GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE!

  So I visited this location for the first time yesterday. Everything went fine until we reached the beauty section. A woman started following us everywhere. I had to try the testers for some firming creams and I felt sooo uncomfortable doing that because she kept on watching us the whole time and NOT in a good way. I helped myself taking a sample in a super mini jars there they had, and she said I can help you with that. And for the next few creams only a drop was given to me in those jars by her. First of all, Its a little concerning to me when I am not asking for help and you are still pushing yourself on me, keeping a watch on me as if I might be breaking some laws there by taking a sample by myself or trying on the testers. And secondly that drop wasn't enough for me to decide whether that product worked for me or MIGHT work for me. Too bad I won't be returning there again. Their sales agents need better training in my opinion.
