  I spent thirty seconds browsing through a used textbook to evaluate the condition and the old dickbag sitting at the desk in corner told me that wasn't allowed because I'm going to read the whole book in the bookstore and not buy it. If I could read a whole finance book in a couple minutes I wouldn't be at Humber. One star. Buy your stuff online. Sell your books online. Avoid the bookstore.

  If I could give them zero stars I would. I never purchase books from here anymore. The prices are inflated, but worse than that the customer service is terrible. If you ask any staff a question, they turn the other way. I'd rather wait three weeks for book to come in the mail than deal with these people.

  I am being told by many students that go to Lakeshore that the bookstore has terrible customer service, and I will be filing a complaint against the bearded employee.

  The store manager and the bearded guy who works at this store are arguably the most rudest human beings on the planet. All of the staff that work at the store are honestly awesome, but those two make the whole environment in that store terrible.

  If you’re lucky, you may catch some crazy deals on electronics. My roommate got his printer for real cheap.

  The website does not reflect their current stock and the man who works at the back desk is extremely rude. Seriously Humber get some passionate staff.
