  I seriously don't understand the negative reviews?? I've been coming here with my family ever since I was a little kid and we've never went anywhere else to satisfy our cycling needs. Their bikes are high quality and I can attest to that as I bikejore with my huge dog several times a day and I've wiped out more than once, no scratches and no dents! Although I did dent my tire once but it held up with the abuse for half a decade so I was fine with it. I went in to replace the tire and they ended up fixing my tire and adding a tune up free of charge! The staff is always friendly and welcoming no matter the level or skill of cyclist you are, and are determined to find something that will fit your needs. I will keep coming here as long as they're open.

  A friend recommended this place. Arrived and had great authentic/sincere service from Bill Greene who took the time to understand what I was looking for and my price range. He recommended I test ride three bikes and took the time to describe the differences to me as a relatively novice rider.

  They provide two years of service on the bikes (tune-ups etc.) but were clear this nor the warranty includes replacing parts as the result of regular wear and tear -but they have lots of parts options when you need to purchase them.
