  Very friendly, perfect service and well informed!! I first went in to replace my fork. After 2 weeks with the new fork some problems arose with the travel adjuster nob, brought it in, and they replaced it right away with a higher quality fork. The replacement performed exactly as it should but I was unhappy with its noisiness. Brought it in, again, explained the situation and to my surprise they seemed excited to help me gain satisfaction.They recommend I upgrade to a mid-range Marzocchi Marathon LR with full credit applied. Needless to say, I'm very happy with the service I've received and intend to go back whenever I need help with ANYTHING. If you live within 50km of this shop make it your parts, service, knowledge go to place. THANKS ROB AND RICK KEEP ON PROVIDING ROCKING SERVICE!!

  These guys are the best if I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. They go above and beyond when it comes to helping people with bike troubles. They are really open to answering any questions you have about bikes. I bought my first road bike from them and loved it ever since, I would highly recommended going to this shop for all your cycling needs.

  These guys are the best! Their customer service is the best in the city! I've dealt with a few other bike shops around Toronto and they are just money grab but not these guys! You also get great prices on some awsome bikes! I have also bought both my Opus road bikes from them and hoping to go back there soon for an Opus gravel bike!

  Been coming to these guys for years. The most honest, experienced and helpful bike store in Toronto. They have a lot of long time customers and I know why they keep coming back as I am one of them. They do the job right the first time and if you are still not happy they will sort you out no problem.

  THE BYCYCLE DEPOT IS AN EXAMPLE OF AN ETHICAL BUSINESS. The owners care so much about Customer satisfaction which is hard to find in businesses now-a-days. My son’s bike was going flat on rear tire after being repaired twice last year which was frustrating . I took the bike almost after a year to the Bike depot today and they not only fixed the rear tire & tube but also changed the front tire and tube WITHOUT ANY COST. On top of it, he apologised for any inconvenience due to the flat tire. I was totally awed with their demeanor and want to thank ROB AND RICK from bottom of my heart. It is hard to find such good human beings now-a-days.
