  I went to Mehak to get my face waxed and let me tell you, the person who was waxing my face, payed no attention to my skin. She kept applying wax on the same area and I knew it wasn’t safe. When she realized what she had done, she was like “oh it will go away after a while”. Not only that, she applied alcohol after waxing my ace which should never ever do. In the end, I am left with burns on my face and neck and really bad skin. I told her not to put alcohol but she kept on saying “no no no, it will help the skin get no infections.” I told her that I had sensitive skin and alcohol damages my skin. Overall, I had a very bad experience. The worker that waxed my face was very ignorant and I might be left with scars on my face now. I do not recommend this place at all.

  i would be more then happy to pay double the price if only vipul works alone. rest all of their staff is worst. that old lady who works at reception acts like she from bollywood. even though you have appointment and you reach there 10 mins before your time, your gonna have to wait atleast an hour before your turn come. simply they are having some big attitude problems. i have been going there since 2 years from now and never had a good customer service from them. they treat you like you are nothing and they just care about is their money. if i can give negative stars i would. vipul was the only reason i was going their as he has some good knowledge in industry. vipul brother u really need to get out of that stink and start your own place. at least keep a sign outside your shop as “beaware of old lady at reception”

  I regret getting my bridal henna done here. Namrita worked on me. The design she drew on me was not symmetrical at all. Some of the shapes on one of my hand/arm/leg were noticeably bigger on the other. Also, the design did not neatly connect all around my arm. There was an awkward space from my elbow to wrist on both arms. When I booked her, she showed me pictures of her past work and confidently said she could copy any design I showed her from the internet. To play it safe, I chose a design from her past work but she still messed it up. Most likely, the pictures she showed me were not hers at all- It was probably random pictures from the internet.
