  Some of the people who work at this branch are polite competent people, some of them will just waste your time while they try to convince you to get them more clients. Don't believe the letters they send in the mail saying your pre-approved for a credit card, that's just grade A unadulterated BS to get you in the door. I will say the lady at the front desk is hilarious and awesome, and that for sure helps.

  I have been trying to reach this branch on the phone through RBC agents and agents can not reach anyone from the branch. Left numerous voice messages for some to contact back. No one has cared to contact back.
